At Raven Hair Co., we're redefining the salon experience and we’re looking for a Guest Concierge to help us do it. This is more than just a front desk position, it’s about curating a luxurious, memorable journey for every guest from start to finish.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our salon: greeting guests, creating five-star experiences, managing bookings, supporting our stylists, and becoming the go-to person for both guests and our team.

• Greet all guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
• Manage the front desk including appointment booking, check-ins, checkouts, and retail sales
• Provide white-glove guest service throughout the entire salon visit
• Follow up with clients after their appointments to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area
• Track key salon metrics including prebooking, retail sales, and upsells
• Collaborate with stylists to ensure guests are informed and cared for throughout their visit
• Be a communication hub between clients and the team, assisting where needed
• Work closely with management to achieve salon goals
• Support promotional initiatives and upsell services and retail when appropriate
• Show up with energy, reliability, and a team-first mindset every day

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or sales (salon/spa experience is a bonus!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence with handling sales, POS systems, and booking software (Phorest experience is a plus)
• High attention to detail and time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• A love for beauty, fashion, and people
• A fun, friendly, and professional personality
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
